Safety measures and protocols are very important to keep you and our dedicated team healthy at this time. Therefore, the curbside concierge service is actively in place. Please call us upon your arrival. Whether you are here for an appointment, or picking up prescriptions or food, our receptionists will speak with you and instruct you further. Regarding all appointments, a doctor or technician will safely take your pet from near your car and bring him or her inside to perform the physical examination and/or any recommended tests. The doctor will discuss medical history, exam findings, and recommendations via phone or, weather permitting, outside. All payments will be done over the phone.
With reference to COVID-19 and your pets there is no evidence at this point that indicates pets can spread the virus to other animals and humans or that humans can transmit the virus to their pets. With that said, continue to practice good hygiene and if ill avoid contact with all loved ones, including your furry family members.
