We are continuing to see wellness visits and are able to perform surgical procedures. Daily urgent/sick appointments are available on a first come, first served basis. Please understand that there may be delayed appointment availability for wellness visits and understand that we will do our best to schedule an appointment in a timely manner as to not put your pet at any risk. Thank you for your patience during the pandemic as we continue to follow the state and local guidelines. We truly appreciate your understanding during this time and are looking forward to helping you and your pets in the near future! Call or text us at 201-796-5833 with any questions or to schedule an appointment. You can also submit a request here on our website. If you are unable to visit us in person we are now offering telemedicine. Download the TeleVet app today to get started!
Safety measures and protocols are very important to keep you and our dedicated team healthy. At this time, only employees and authorized personnel are allowed in the building. Therefore, the curbside concierge service is actively in place. Please call or text us upon your arrival. Whether you are here for an appointment, or picking up prescriptions or food, our receptionists will speak with you and instruct you further. For all appointments a doctor or technician will safely take your pet from near your car and bring him or her inside to perform the physical examination and anything else that is needed for your pet. The doctor will discuss medical history, exam findings, and recommendations via phone or, weather permitting, outside. All payments will be done over the phone.
Concerning COVID-19 and your pets there is no evidence at this point that indicates pets can spread the virus to other animals and humans or that humans can transmit the virus to their pets. With that said, continue to practice good hygiene and if ill avoid contact with all loved ones, including your furry family members. Please refer to the CDC for current information regarding the virus and AVMA's website, avma.org, for pet owner FAQ's.
Please call us with any questions or concerns you might have. We are here to help.
Stay healthy and safe!
